I think any clothes that display a designer's name front and center are tacky. I don't appreciate "bling" being displayed by insecure guys. It's definitely a turn-off. Designer clothes are about the fit and the elegance or edge they offer to your image, not about being "flashy" and ridiculous.

I personally am not a big fan of large logos and prints. I think that if a guy is over branded it's really cheesy and cheap looking, like STOP TRYING SO HARD TO IMPRESS IT'S TACKY! When a guy is wearing head to toe branded items that is a definite no.

I hate clothing that screams labels...on men and women. It says to me you have no creativity and you look for someone else to tell you who you are and what demographic you fall under.

Not a fan.If it is simple and understated then I'm okay, but if it is say Ed Hardy than it doesn't speak highly for you.

Anything with gold lame' or that has been bedazzled is too flashy.

I have always hated this! There is really no need to be a billboard for your favorite designer. I've seen guys spend 70 dollars on a t-shirt that says Dolce&Gabbana and yet its just a cotton t-shirt! There are excpetions to this rule. A Louis Vuitton wallet, clearly depicting the designers initials is part of the design, this is all well and good. But please please please don't wear things JUST becuase it has a name on it. This is the difference. Wear it because of the quality the style, the cut...NOT JUST THE NAME.

Some items are okay, but if everything a guy wears has the designers name on it or is too flashy, I feel like they appear as if they're trying to show off, and look too metro.

I am sooo sick of Ed Hardy it's not even funny. I have never been a fan of articles of clothing that display the designer, girls clothing included. Anything with rhinestones or a huge gaudy design is flashy in my book. And not attractive.

It doesn't matter to me. Just make sure if you are making a point to show off a designer brand that you follow through in how you treat the girl. Don't wear something expensive then turn out to be cheap!
